Our guaranteed response time on weekdays is 24 hours (we are closed on weekends and statutory holidays). Most support tickets are responded to within only a few hours, unless they revolve around more complicated issues that require our techs to spend more time on them, obviously.

If you have submitted a ticket and haven't received an email response within 24 hours (again, we are closed on weekends and statutory holidays), please double check if the response is available by logging into our support desk existing tickets.
E-mail responses from our team could, on a rare occasion, be flagged as spam and end up in your junk folder without you even knowing we ever responded to your issue so check your spam box too for our reply.
