Our guaranteed response time on weekdays is 24 hours (we are closed on weekends and statutory holidays). Most support tickets are responded to within only a few hours, unless they revolve around more complicated issues that require our techs to spend more time on them, obviously.

If you have submitted a ticket and haven't received an email response within 24 hours (again, we are closed on weekends and statutory holidays), please double check if the response is available by logging into our support desk existing tickets.
E-mail responses from our team could, on a rare occasion, be flagged as spam and end up in your junk folder without you even knowing we ever responded to your issue so check your spam box too for our reply.

Forum Help: How to Change VAnetworking Forum Avatar / Profile Photo


Click the drop down menu in the upper right where your name is located and go to 'My Profile'. You will be taken to your profile page. Once there hover over your avatar and it will say 'Change'.  Click on change and then you will be able to upload your own photo or your Gravatar photo that is linked to the email address that you specify. It is recommended that your avatar be 200px or larger. Once you choose your photo you can adjust it to fit.
